I loaded windows 11 before installing drivers. Now I'm not sure how to get past Windows loop. It goes to "Can't connect to ethernet"

By loop I mean that when I turn on my PC it goes to Windows and starts searching for ethernet and can't find one....even though I have ethernet cable plugged in. I can get to a command line - but I'm not sure how to either load drivers or remove windows. I also tried putting new wifi driver on a flash drive, but not sure how to get to the flash drive either.

Ok, I'm new to this. I should have mentioned this is a new build. I built the PC with MSI 690 with Wifi. Once I knew it would power up, I turned it off and restarted it with Windows 11 flash drive. Windows loaded but then it looks for internet. So now every time I start it up - windows boots up and gets to where it looks for internet and stops with the message that it can't find any ethernet connection. I think its because there is no driver.

What exact, full model MSI motherboard? Details matter.

Is wi-fi enabled in your BIOS? I'm surprised that Win 11 isn't finding a compatible driver for two devices.

By the way, is your PC connected to your router with an ethernet cable?

Read windows 11 install tutorial.
You'll have to bypass internet requirement and create local user account.
