problem connecting to internet

Sorry gary, but I think we need way more details here. You say you are connected to the internet? How and how do you know you are connected? Is it a laptop or a desktop? Do you know how to use the command prompt and ipconfig?

its a laptop and no to the command promped. the laptop I,m on the now is my sons
