[SOLVED] Problem connecting to the internet

Hello.

I’ve tried to look for answers to this problem but haven’t really come across something similar. I uninstalled Norton since I decided to go with Karpersky for AV. After that I haven’t been able to access multiple sites such as Netflix, Prime Video, Steam or any online shopping site for that matter. I’ve checked the WiFi and that’s fine. I’ve also checked firewalls, DNS and proxy. And still got nothing.


If someone could please help me, I’d really appreciate. I’ve just bought a MSI GS65 and decided to go back to Windows after been a MAC user for 10+ years. Not really the best start.

if the probl;em started after installing Kaspersky then check to see if it install any any kind of VPN software and if it is an internet security suite and not JUst an antivirus program
