I have a Windows 10 machine which is working fine. However, I have a consistent problem which has been bothering for a long time. I have tried every solution that I could find on the net, and nothing fixes this.

So, when I first boot into Windows 10, I get an error of "No internet, secured" and the wireless icon in the right bottom area of the desktop has a small yellow error triangle.

Hovering over this icon gives me the message "No internet, secured" Left-clicking the icon shows me the correct list of networks available.

If I then left-click the wi-fi network name and disconnect from the network, then immediately click 'Connect', the computer connects and stays solidly connected until shutdown.

My phone connects automatically on boot normally, as does another windows 10 computer only 1 metre from mine.

I have tried various wi-fi adaptors, and the one that I use currently is a TP-LINK TL-WN822N VER 3.0.

I have reset the stack a number of times, updated drivers manually and automatically, deleted the drivers from device manager, in fact used every solution I could find.

Any ideas?
