Question problem connecting tv to motherboard

Hi.
i have an LG TV conected with adaptateur dvi to hdmi sometimes with no reaison sudenly appear this with no specific time until i turn off and turn on tv again to fix it
how to fix it?

You will have to figure whether this is GPU problem, or TV problem.

And don't "bump" - if there're no answers, it simply means nobody can tell anything useful.
