My computer crashes on blue screen it start happening 3 day ago , one time play game , one time watch youtube videos

basically the GPU driver used a bad memory address (zero) and caused the driver to crash.

you will want to go to the motherboard or NVidia website and do a full reinstall of the current GPU driver (include the GPU sound support driver) Then reboot.

I could not read the BIOS info, this often means the BIOS is out of date or very old. Old machines tend to get dust in the fans and cause overheating which can lead to this bug. Blow out any dust from the various fans, CPU, gpu, and PSU.

Thanks for reply , yes i open my cabent and see too much dust , blow out the dust , ya i install new update driver but still have problem than i download anti virus and full scan and too much virus and add on and extenson find , than i go in msconfig and disable all files and restart now no blue screen come yet but i am going to download my motherboard driver i think it too old or not support with new Nevida driver.

You installed new hardware or a new driver. This driver or hardware is incompatible with your system.
Delete the most recent driver and install an older version, which may be compatible.
(which driver were you using, before the problem started?)

the dust is highly conductive and can mess up cooling and cause memory problems but it generally would only cause random errors it would not cause a memory address to become zero. I would think that would more likely be a driver problem in you GPU driver or maybe from malware.

since I could not read the BIOS info from the debugger I could not make out the machine's manufacture information. You will have to look on the machine to get a brand and model or look at the actual motherboard to get the info. Often you can boot into the BIOS and read the info from the BIOS screen then google the motherboard vendors name to look for the bios version and updates.

i try to install new bios it wont install its just a file when ever i double click its ask me open with i press winrar and some other option but not help than i see youtube video than i restart pc and goes in update bio when i click that file its say failed system rest in 10 sec

both bugchecks were in the file system coming out of a file filter driver.
both were bad memory address being used.

I would run a Malwarebytes scan to see if you have a malware infection.
also remove the download manager (below)

you might start cmd.exe as an admin and run

fltmc.exe
it will show what the file filters that are running on the system. you would then look for a filter that should not be there.


you will also want to make sure you have applied all of the windows updates.

Hey john thanks for reply again ok i am downloading malware and see what happen and about
download manger is it the cause of blue screen and about window update i didnt update my window in like 4 years cause i lost my original cd key , if i download update it require key so any other way to update window do i need to repurchase again?

Hey john so i nstall malware bytes and holy mother of god 1455 threat found in C rive and 100 threat in D and E every thing delete lets see if error come again or not
