[SOLVED] problem gaming in my laptop

hi guys .
i have a hp ProBook G3 6th gener
SSD.M.2 128 gb active
Memory 1000GB SSD
RAM 12GB
Card graphics Intel HD CORE i5 560 Phisical Memory 3992MB
and i have 2 games Fortnite and Hitmane absulotion
but when i open fortnite i look that my FPS 140 and 10mms
but when i start play its so slow that some time block PC
what should i do

Youre spec list is a little confusing, but if i read it correctly there isn't really anything you can do, the parts aren't powerful enough. I would expect 20-25fps average.
