Problem graphic card

I have a xfx 8500 gt. The problem is my monitor goes blank the moment I switch on. Without the GC the computer does fine . Please help.

Without GC,you mean it runs fine with onboard graphic cards ?

I think its a BIOS setting problem? Don't you?
