problem gtx 660 oc show colors

i have a problem in my Gtx 660 oc .... it show nothing but colors
the problem is in picture

is there a solution ...

Unplug your hard drive and try to boot into BIOS this eliminates all driver issues.
Same picture then try a different cable to the monitor.
Same picture then replace video card.

looks like you kind of bricked your graphics card by overclocking. boot into windows without the graphics card in the slot and uninstall the drivers. next reseat your graphics card in the slot and turn on the PC. if it turns on successfully and boots to windows then great! try that and post an update.

sorry ... i missed the power supply cable .... now when i put the card in the pc it show this

and when i open GPU-Z it show this

gpu clock is 0 MHZ and also the memory ....
i think the card is fired

i found a gtx 660 ti 3gb ... Owner says that Where problems is heating.... and the card sometimes work sometimes not

if you replace the fans and the thermal paste then yes it will work. just be a bit more careful when reapplying thermal paste on graphic cards as they tend to be more sensitive than CPUs. buy a Artic silver ceramique thermal compound as its non conductive of electricity.

you bought a card that sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't. that card is probably dead due to previous usage by the previous user. that guy who sold you the card must have overclocked that card to a unstable speed and the temperatures exceeded the limit and thus the card got damaged. he sold you the card in the first place so that he could get cash for buying a new card for himself. you can send the card off to RMA but it will cost you some cash if its out of warranty.

I bought it with a low price "15 €" ... And can i send the card off to RMA from Algeria ? Or can i repare it ? Thank you
