Question Problem in Arduino IDE, the written code is compiled successfully but it is not uploaded to the board ?

OS: Windows 11

Whenever I upload to the board it shows these error messages:

Could you please give me the solution to it?

Certainly looks like the programmer isn't able to make a connection. From what I recall, it exposes itself as a COM port so it's possible something else is using that port, which would prevent the programmer from seeing the Arduino.
