Question problem in connecting keystone to cable ethernet cat6

hi, i try to connect keystone in my home wall to cable ethernet cat6.
i followed instructions in internet, but electrical tester indicates that there is a problem in pin4.
the same exact problem occurs in two different rooms, so probably there is something i do wrong in the connection.

can someone assist please and tell me what i do incorrectly?

Firstly, do they work and negociate at 10/100/1000? The cable tester is junk to be honest, its only testing for continuity, nothing else and lastly I wouldn't trust those pass through rj45 glass ends. Have you tried the tester on a know good cable?

Also, it appears that the incoming wires are a bit jumbled. The wires should all be straighted and smoothed before insertions.

In addition, verify that the connectors are correct for the incoming wires. There are different connectors for solid wire versus stranded wire.

so you both suggest it's a problem in the RJ45 side?
did i connect the colors of wiring well in keystone and rj45?
becuase it's werid that the same problem (pin4 off) happens in two rooms, it means that it something i connect wrong in the way of connection. i tried the tester on good cable and all wires 8 lights are on,

Your wire colors are correct. Even if you did it completely wrong as long as you are consistent these cheap tester can't tell. They can't see the wire color and they can't even detect if you split the pairs.

It is strange you have 2 that did the same thing. That would make me suspect the rj45 crimp tool. Are you sure pin 4 is fully depressed into the wire on the rj45 side

Although I seldom use passthough ends one dirty trick you can use it to strip a tiny bit of the wire you are going to cut off. You can then use a multimeter to see if the pin on the plug is actually making contact. Most times you have already cut off the excess wires before you find you have any problems unfortunately.

It could also be pin 4 on the keystone. This is the easy one to try to fix. Just pull the blue wire out cut a bit off and repunch it. This is where actual punch down tool does a better job sometime. The tool less keystone can sometime not get the wire fulling seated.

On the keystone: what tool was used to press the conductors into place? The "grip" between teeth is not even and appears to have been pressed multiple times.

The solid blue wire appears to have cut in the insulation.

All 8 wires are loose/untwisted for a couple of inches beyond the keystone. Should not be more than 1/2" or so that is untwisted.

That it happens in two rooms may be coincidence.

There are likely to be other comments and suggestions. The problem may be resolved by a simple do over to ensure cleaner and stronger connections.
