I'm going to assume SMPS means Semi-Modular Power Supply, if this is wrong please correct me.

If it only has old molex leads, there are molex to sata power connector adapters, but in my experience they are poor substitutes that lack a voltage, 3.3V, but the biggest issue is they tend to have a poor fit and can short out easily.

I would recommend getting a newer power supply if this is the case, it will have native SATA support, probably be more efficient, and less likely to fail because of age. Power supplies over five years old are going to be prone to problems and if it goes faulty it could damage other components.

It would help if you were more clear in what you're asking. If you're still talking about power connectors, you'd first need to get ones like what geofelt linked to, then plug the white end into the molex connectors on your power supply, then the sata connectors on the drives. This will give them power, then you connect the data cables to the motherboard and the drives will be visible to the motherboard.
