problem in partion

my free space is 817 gb but while partion i m only able to use 61 gb memory...why???

Would you please post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management about the drive? Here's how to access it: How to access Disk Management in Windows to manage hard drives. And here's how to post a screenshot: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/faq/id-2176231/guide-posting-screenshot-forum.html.

Basically you might have enough free space for another partition, but if that space has already been allocated to (it's a part of) another partition, then you should shrink that partition and use the created unallocated space for the new one.

It'll be easier to explain once I see what's the situation in your Disk Management.
