Hi. I've just recently build a gaming rig and I'm kinda noob at it but I managed to build it =). Problem I have is I couldn't get my pc to boot-into windows after installing the ati 10.4 driver suite but i can after i uninstall it with drive sweeper.

My specs:
Motherboard: EX58-UD4P
Processors: I7-920 D0
Graphic: XFX 5850 Black Ed.
RAM:OCZ 1866mhz DDR3
PSU: OCZ GameXStream 850W
Windows 7 Home Premium (have both 32&64bit)

Thanks for the help.

thanks. Ok, I tried that using 10.3 and also the drivers included in the disc but to no avail. I tried with windows xp and it can install fine even with the reboot. Is there anymore i can check to get it working ? and is it possible that i should not use HDMI with it?

On AMD's website, there are several previous Catalyst drivers available (a link to the page with all the previous drivers can be found close to the top of the ATi driver page). Try using Catalyst 10.1 or 10.2 if neither 10.3 or 10.4 work.

Oops. I finally found the culprit behind the reboot problem. It seems that I have to manually set the RAM mhz and not auto. Sorry for the post but I really appreciate your helps. Thank you
