Problem installing windows in my new computer

hello,i just want to install os in my new computermbut when i want to install it,it says "reboot and select proper device or insert new media in selected boot device and press and press a key"
how to solve this?i ady insert my win 7 disc,but it not works at all

Make sure that your optical drive is the first boot device, if not then go into Bios and change it. It will work then.

yeah u right 😀 and now i got new problem,when i want to install my os,my hdd not detected when i want to install.....but in bios,i can see my hdd....is i must update my bios to the latest?
