Problem launching Rainbow Six Siege.

Running Windows 10, meeting all minimum required system specs, updated all drivers. Seeing this message whenever I launch the application.

"RainbowSix.exe
The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000009a). Click OK to close the application".

Yes, Assassin's Creed Revelations and Splinter Cell: Blacklist work just fine.

Yes, I have done that. But to no avail. Reinstalled DirectX and other softwares as well.

Hmmm, UPlay is my least favorite of the gaming applications but I've never had it fail like that. What are your complete system specs?

It can't be a hardware problem. Also, this is an error code that isn't even on Google.
i7, AMD Radeon 7600M, 8 Gb RAM, Windows 10.

All I see that might relate is this thread about Far Cry 4 throwing the same error.

I imagine you've seen it or similar since you mentioned reinstalling DX. I'm not sure I can offer any better advice than to start a support ticket with EA.
