Question Problem motherboard Asus Rog Strix Z490H

Hello everyone.
I'm Giorgio.

My PC consists of:
Asus Rog Strix Z490H motherboard
Intel I 5 10600k processor
Ram 2x8 gb corsair 3600 mhz
Msi Radeon RX 5500 XT video card
Aerocool 750 W power supply.

I changed the old case for a Corsair ICUE 220T. After work the PC does not turn on anymore , no image on monitor. Is stuck with red Qled (cpu) on.
No activities of mouse and keyboard, ram lights on , fan lights on , fan work fine , video card fans work fine .

Tried another power supply and same problem.
Tested video card on another PC and it works.
Tried the rams on another PC and they work.

The board following the Q-LEDs gives me CPU error. The red LED remains on.

Before everything worked fine and suddenly and dead.

Tried the links several times and everything seems to be in place.

My final question since I don't have another lga 1200 motherboard to do the cpu tests is more likely the CPU or motherboard is dead?

Helo again .
Maybe I have found the problem , can some one send me a picture with the back of my motherboard ? (Asus Rog Strix z490h )
I mean a good picture where I can zoom to se details like a resistor and the number on the resistor's. I'm interested in half part with cpu socket.
