note: sometime in disk management i see it unknown not initialize and sometime i cant see i mean like the usb not connect

Showing up as not initialised is a very bad sign so I suggest you do no more for the time being.

It's a Seagate drive and by mentioning that name, we might invoke one of that company's experts who can advise you on this one.

If I can find one of them first, I'll send them a PM.

Whatever you do, DON'T initialise that disk!!

sal3saloh, does the drive have a letter assigned to it? If not assign it a letter and see if it will let you. Now, if that does not work, I strongly suggest you cover the drive and stop tinkering with it as doing this can further damage it and make any attempt to recover the information impossible. Next step would be a recovery service of your choice. Best of luck.

thanks

sal3saloh, as the drive is show to be un allocated there is not much else to do but use a data recovery service of your choice if you need the information back. As stated in the video, what you did might or might not work and doing this could have damaged the drive more. Why did it happen in the first place? Hard to tell. It could have been many things.

i just need my files (recovery data) how can do that?

i can move the platters to new hard disk same model carefully no problem? what you think Success Rate from 100%?

Dismantling a hard drive never ends in a good way unless you have a clean room at home.

My best shot ould be slaving that disk to a Linix system - most can run live from a CD. Linux isn't as precious about Windows initialisation and will show the data and allow you to transfer those data to another drive.

i think not work in linix

because the hard disk have problem like power because the platters stop in 20 second (note i change cable usb same problem)
