i got problem on my motherboard.

my monitor does not display anything, how i can fix this, iam so confused.

when I put ATX 12v i cant restart with power button, when i remove ATX 12v it can shutdown via button.

i already unplug and plug any component

RAM,HDD,PSU

still not working

Thanks for that image. Based on that, everything appears to be connected correctly. There are no adapters between the motherboard VGA port and the display? If not, then either your motherboard or CPU has died and you will need to build a new system.

I've never got only 4pins to work on a board that needs 8pin. Coupled with his low end PSU, he needs a new one like I've told him.

I tried all ways in the post, but not working too. I order new ram from different brand i will test it tmr, so let's see where problem come from. If it doesn't work, i will try another PSU with 4pins, 8pins connects. If not, i will return my CPU.
