Problem on the graphics card?

I got this Ati Radeon HD 5670 card now and sometimes, not often but still, mostly when im watching a video my screen goes to one color only or like 2 colors in stripes and the sound usually freezes.
It happened just now when i was watching the PS4 stream, screen went all black and sound kept going weird.

It happened about 2 weeks ago once and before that, about a year or so when it did it last time.
I have heard that it might be trouble on the GFX card but im not sure yet. any thoughts?

It is not gpu problem as before getting gpu you had faced problem 1)update your bios to latest 2)install monitor drivers 3)check the vga,dvi cables 4)check the psu.

its because of heating problems....
maybe you are using an extremely weak power supply unit.......which is causing computer components to overheat and cause display problems....

its surely related to heat...

before i would have believed you. i did get even over 90C heat on gpu before i deep-cleaned the insides, now its barely going over 50.
