PROBLEM OPENING PROGRAM

Hello,
Everytime i try to open a program eg interne or iris, a message comes up "choose the program you want to use to mopen this file" Kindly help on how my open program without this message

Hi. When it asks which program to use to open the program, select the one you want from the list(or browse to the program). Then tick the box that says Always use this program to open files of this sort. In future when you click a file it should open with the one you selected.
