Problem pcv w30 blank screen

My pc PCV W 30 has blank screen, its completely black. Rest looks like pc is working good as it makes sound and everything. Please help. I appreciate your help

No solution offered there but thought you should know that this seems to be a fairly common problem when you take it back to the dealer it came from and demand that they do something.
