Problem regarding boot

Is ADATA AX4U240038G16-SBF Desktop Ram XPG Flame Series - 8GB (8GBx1) DDR4 2400MHz supported on Asus prime H310M-Plus motherboard.? Pls help I just bought this combo today nd system is not booting up.

According to their compatibility chart, no, but this doesn't mean it doesn't support it it could mean they didn't check that specific RAM. It does check out with the boards specs. Try reseating the RAM or any parts that might've been knocked around when you rebuilt. What other parts do you have? Also, when you attempt to boot, what motherboard lights are flashing?
