Problem reinstalling Windows 7 on my Laptop, Please Help!

Hi Everyone,

I have a Lenovo Ideapad y480 and it came with quite a bit of bloatware. Because of this I decided to format my drive and reinstall Win7 Home Premium from scratch. After I formatted my drive I tried to install windows on it and this is the message that I got.

"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks."

Can someone help me out? This is the laptop I do all of my homework on and would like to have back up an running as soon as possible. If any more info is needed just ask.

Follow the instructions on the HP solution for the specific problem.
