Problem running clean OS installation

Hello, I am getting a new cpu,motherboard and ram tomorrow and I am getting my usb prepared for the clean installation [of Windows 10].

I select everything correctly and then it begins to download on my usb (32gb). The first download it gets to 100% with no problems but with the media download starts at 50% this come up:

try doing a full format on the usb stick. make sure it fat32 formatted. on windows media creation tool if it cant wipe the usb stick clean it error out. make sure your clicking on making a new windows usb stick. if it errors out again format the usb stick again and then download the iso and then try using windows iso to usb tool that free or rufas to make the iso bootable. the error sometime is the windows program does not like all usb sticks. if you have any older 8g usb sticks try one of those.

Instead of doing a quick format Im doing a full format and I will see if it works. Any other suggestions would be appreciated asap!
