Alright hello everyone, i hope someone will be able to help me.
I start my PC normally almost every day, im not hardcore gamer and im mostly playing League of Legends or searching web (nothing demandable). In last 2 weeks i started having these screen freezes.
Example: I'm chatting on facebook/watching movie/playing game and then wierd sound comes from my PC like something stopped working for 1 sec and then everything freezes expect my cursor, after 5 seconds cursor freezes aswell and i cant do anything but restarting/shutting down PC on button. No blue screen of death or any kind of black screen appearing!
Usually after freeze happens and i restart computer it freezes again after short period of time (like 3-4 min after windows turns on again), NOTE: this doesnt happen every time sometimes PC works whole day without freezing at all.
I checked Event Viewer ( http://prntscr.com/9n56mh ) this is kind of error im getting also i had errors like this one ( http://prntscr.com/9n57a2 )
I would guess that problem is HDD since its old but i wanna make sure before i buy something wrong ( http://prntscr.com/9n583i ) Hard Disk Sentinel

Edit: There are no any FPS drops in games.

My specs:
Win7 64bit
ASRock n68-s
AMD Phenom II x3 710 @2.6 ghz (temperature ~30-35°C 52-53°C under full load)
4GB DDR2 RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (temp ~27-36°C)
Old HDD only 160GB
idk PSU brand (its not some famous tho) but it worked fine till now (using it for around 1 year and 5-6 months)

Based on the pictures (this is just my theory) it could be that as the computer was writing on to the HDD (system files or registries) something happened to cause that data to be corrupted...The health of the HDD is excellent so it could just be a bad sector...Try to use the chksk command in CMD (running as administrator) and if that doest fix the bad sectors try doing a clean installation of Windows
