problem to my motherboard

Today I'm trying to startup my computer (with graphics card installed) everything boot up normally, but my monitor shows "No Signal", when this happen I can only use integrated graphic for a few days, few days later my graphics card will be able to use normally, I'm sure my graphics card is still working, because I tried it on my other computer. This problem happen randomly and when I restart my computer.

Here is my computer specs
motherboard : Compaq IPISB-CU
processor : Intel Core i3 2100 3.1ghz
RAM : a Kingston 4GB 1333ghz and a Samsung 2GB 1333ghz (stock RAM)
graphics card : Sapphire R7 240 GDDR5 1GB
operating system : Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

I'm using Compaq CQ3614D stock power supply, I tried with my V750S is also the same.

I used this calculator: http://coolermaster.outervision.com/PSUEngine2 The recommended MINIMUM power supply for those system components is 253Watts. It's highly recommended to have a few hundreds watts higher. The PSU in your system is 250W. You need a new PSU.

Thanks.. but I tried to use another 400w PSU and it still same..Beside that.. any Mobo that support this i3 processor suggest?
