Problem to start my computer

Hello,
on the screen of my computer it is written "windows did not shut down normally...", as an option "start windows normally" whatever the otion I choose, the computer seems to start but go back to the same black screen with the options mentionned above. Could you please tell me what can be the solution to solve the problem? Many thanks

All I can say is that is likely some hardware or virus/malware problem. Do you see the Windows XP logo or do you get this before that? If you don't see it, then, can you boot into safe mode at all? That is, once you press the power button, repeatedly tap F8 until you see the screen. Choose just "safe mode". If you can't boot into safe mode, then you likely have either a hardware problem or a virus/malware and I can't help you much. Someone else might be able to.
