I recorded a 2 minute piece using ApowerREC. It is well within Facebook's size (57.5 MB) and format (.mp4 file) parameters, but Facebook would not accept it. I have been trying to upload it using Facebook's website from my desk pc (WIndows 10). SO I contacted ApowerREC and got this confusing response: "Please be noted that Facebook does not support uploading directly from our software. Please kindly go to the Facebook official website to upload the recording."
I was not uploading from their software. I recorded it using their software, then placed it in a file and tried to upload it directly. Then the second sentence appears to indicate that I should upload it directly, which is what I have been trying to do. I wrote back but no response. Can anyone assist?
