[SOLVED] Problem when Installation windows 7

i installed win 7 as fine until he ask for restart and it's keep restart over and over again without end
also i install it with usb on pc with..
cpu i5 9400F
ram 8g 2666
motherboard tuf asus b360 plus gaming
also win 10 work normally on this pc

Try to install W7 when only one HDD is connected.

The B360 chipset (and any of Intel's 300 series) do not officially support Windows 7. You will not find drivers for them on the motherboard webpage either, and the Windows 7 installation media does not have the drivers needed for USB 3 support (probably the biggest hurdle).
That's not to say it is impossible, as people have done it. This video may help:

Just remove the USB or from whatever you are installing windows in the middle of restart... This works for me
