Problem when my pc in a sleeper mode

It won't wake up. I have to hold down the power button to reboot. Sometime it wouldn't even restart...I have to flicker with the power button on the power supply to turn it back on. Any advice to fix this issue would be appreciated.

I would really try to update your BIOS, mobo chipset drivers, and video card drivers first.

make sure in your BIOS, you have the option enabled that lets USB devices wake the pc

a processes called NBService.exe (Part of Nero) can interfere w/ waking up from sleep. so if you have that disable it

if that doesn't work, make sure everything in the power options in control panel is @ default

great, I'm going to uninstall Nero first since that is the easiest path. Video driver is up to date btw.

I will try updating the BIOS again if it doesn't work.
