[SOLVED] Problem when resetting pc. No change

I tried to reset my pc and it said the message above. Then, I couldn't access back to Windows 10. So, now I'm stuck at the blue screen. I'm looking for a way back to Windows 10.

What type of reset were you doing? Full or keep files?

If full, I would do a clean install as iits faster in long run
On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - if you don't have one now

If you were keeping files/settings. I can show you a way to move stuff off the ssd onto hdd
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

Once its all moved, do a clean install.
