Question Problem when trying to Install Windows 11 on a Raspberry Pi 4 ?

Hello. I am beginner in this. But I need Win11 to Raspberry pi 4. I was following Tom`s tutorial until step 13, to choose ISO-image. "13. Select the freshly-created Windows 11 ISO image and click Next. " It started to load but after fev seconds an error occurred. Something; "You can not..." what did I fo wrong?

Where/how did you obtain the Windows 11 OS image?

I followed the steps from the link. 7. Double click on the uup_download_windows.cmd file. Sorry it was amr image not ISO yet. Took latest windows 11 amr. All went well to step 13.
