According to the user manual the router supports multiple standards including b, g, and n.

http://www.iball.co.in/File/Product/Drivers/iB-WRX150NE%20User%20Manual.pdf

As does your tp adapter:

http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/cat-11_TL-WN722N.html#specifications

The router and adapter may not be playing well together. Manually select the standards etc. starting with "n" and work backwards towards the slower standards if necessary. Make sure that the security selections match also.

Suggest that you first set both devices to force the use of "n" versus "auto negotiate". Both manuals should provide the necessary instructions and details.
