Question Problem wit new rx6600 GPU

Hello, i ask for your advice and or hints, that may arise from my problem

I have one ryzen 5600, with aorus b550 elite v2 (rev1 not quite sure current bios is f15c), 2X 8GB DDR4 3200, i used to have one gtx 1660ti, wich i sold and bought one rx6600, psu is seasonic gx 750w.

my problem is, i insert the RX6600 in board and doesnt post or at least i dont see image, i hear like what appear 2conected beeps and 3 more, or maybe is one long beep and 3 more .

i checked the cables, of power, they are well inserted, the gpu is firmly conected to motherboard, one of the fans of gpu keeps spinning, while the other stops.

when i put one gt620 i have for emergencies, works perfect, its the one i am using now.
am i doing something wrong? i cant be sure about my specific model of board, so i didnt download lates bios.

i put the RX6600 into another board the lights of the board pass the cpu, dram, gpu and boot, but still no image, but on that one i dont have speakr to hear beeps.

Any help or direction would be really apriciated.

CPU cooler :stock
Motherboard: aorus b550 elite v2
Ram: 2X 8GB 3200
SSD/HDD: NVME 500GB smasung

GPU: trying to install RX6600 powercolor fighter. current is gt620
PSU:seasonic gx 750w
Chassis:
OS:windows 11
Monitor:TB 32"
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model.

Did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers(intel, Nvidia and AMD) in Safe Mode, before swapping the Nvidia GPU for the AMD GPU?

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Your motherboard has a couple of PCIe slot, drop the discrete GPU into them and see if you get display.

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?
BIOS should be in UEFI mode for modern GPUs
In that other PC try different outputs from GPU, there's usually just one that is default..

As I understood, he doesn't have a display at all. How could this be a driver issue? Drivers only kickoff with the OS.
