Problem with 2TB seagate.

Hello, i have a Problem with 2TB seagate.
It show only 128gb when i want to install windows seven x64.
I tried to use this hdd on my older pc and it show only 3.86 gb. http://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2013/44/1383339039-dd.png

What's the problem?
The hdd is new, never utilised.

Point the disk2, right-click the mouse, and click "initialize disk." Then click "create new simple volume."
If that doesn't work you may have a defective drive.
