Hi

I'm having a big problem with this Dell Optiplex 745 PC, Windows XP was crashing all the time, 7 seems to work a little well, but, now I get this error after a bluescreen restart:

BCCode: a
BCP1: 00000008
BCP2: 00000002
BCP3: 00000001
BCP4: 82AE9321
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 256_1

In the past I pulled out the Radeon HD 5450 video card, letting the integrated one to do the job, but with no help.

I also get these 2 files on the error:
"050213-19796-01.dmp" and "WER-34866-0.sysdata"
Skydrive link: http://sdrv.ms/12rGV82

The analysis thingy from Dell says it may be a memory problem. Another short bluescreen had the title "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT".

I'm currently running on SafeMode with Networking because in normal mode I get a 2 second lasting bluescreen and a sudden restart upon programs loading up in Windows.

What shall I do?

It's running Memtest86+ right now. I'll keep in touch.

First one wasted my patience cause it was taking too long (more than 3 hours). Then I tried the Memtest 4.0 which only worked at a certain point and stopped. Now PC's working fine but at times the problem starts again and gets on my nerves. >.<

Dell only fit a PSU according to the the minimum requirements of the other components so if you have added any hardware then you also have to upgrade to a better PSU. It's most likely that your PSU is only about 350 watts.

Hi man, I haven't been using this computer since now, but aparently the problem remains. I have a clean WINXP right now, with same problem going on, each browser I install is crashing. I also have some error logs in Computer Management Event Viewer. Please tell me what to do. Thanks

I bought this computer as a refurbished for a small price. Ram is the same.
