Problem with a new Benq g2420hdbl 24"

Hi,

I just bought a new Benq g2420hdbl 24" monitor and when I plugged it in there was blinking pixels on certain areas on the screen, that would move if I moved the window.

I have tried it on two different Pc's and with VGA and DVI - D cables, I have also tried changing the resolution and the refresh rate, but the flashing pixels are still there.

My old monitor works fine with the cables.

Sorry for double post, but I just tried it with my Xbox and it has the same problem (mainly purple pixels) and I have noticed most of the pixels are in a concentrated area in the top middle of the screen.

The monitor is defective. Ask for a replacement.
