Problem with a new system(Ryzen2700x B350 Prime Nvidiagtx 1080.

Hello. So we bought a new System for my GF and i set it up. Sadly after installing all the components the Pc didnt do anything. It just showed NO Signal. I then removed all components and relized that some of the CPu pins were damaged. No problem we refundet it and got a new one. And now guess what. Its again doing the same. BUT this time the pins arent Damaged. I checked it. So what can it be.

2700x + b350?
your b350 needs perhaps bios update for 2700x?

Ok it think i rly need to update the bios. From what i read they say i must send it back to the manufacturer or trader so thex can flash. But cant i do it by myself? I got a second pc here. Also a ryzen 1600. Cant i just load the new bios on a usb stick and flash it by myself?

Yes you can. But you must remove and put your 1600 in your B350 motherboard, flash it, and remove the 1600 and install the 2700x.

Ok thx for the help. I will bring it to a pc Store. I will not try ot remove my cpu from the board sicne it is stuck on the cooler like super glue.
