Question Problem with AMD Dual Graphics?

Hello..I think i have in my laptop Toshiba Sattellite c55d-a-10z a APU amd a6 5200 HD 8400 R3+HD 8500(8550) R5 graphic cards..I playing only LoL for that only need it..With new drivers with adrenaline software using only HD 8400 integriert card..With old 17.4.1 better..Have much greater FPS but i wandering i think can better..any solutions..power setting in windows see only one GPU..BIOS nothing in options..solutions??
