Problem with amd radeon hd 7850 buzzing noise blackscreen

in some games like dead island after 5 minutes i have some buzzing noise blackscreen,hitman sometimes not so often,skyrim rarely...i saw so many posts about like mine but no solved ? can someone tell me what could be problem,by pc is completely new its like 3-4 months old,i already swap card with new one (same brand )

i tried to lower my gpu performance in catalyst,higher my fan speed to 70(i read on some forum this could help)but it only extend it,i can play longer,but it still crashes,i also tried to disable amd sound in device manager,there is no more black screen,but there are some parallel vertical lines,and same buzzing sound,just not blackscreen its those lines,and i can only hard shotdown it
 
guys just to tell you i brought my card where i bought it ,because i have guarantee card and they said its probably graphic card problem by develop team,they will probably switch it with other band saphire or gigabyte ,i have msi
 
I was having a similar problem and it was getting progressively worse (would black screen earlier each time). Was worried I might need to go through the RMA process to get a replacement video card. After some other posts pointing to the PSU being the problem I ran the voltage test from OCCT:

Got pretty bad results (voltage should be pretty constant, graph was all over the place). Picked up a new 600w corsair power supply for like $40 and haven't had a problem since.
