Problem with aspect ratio scaling

hi again
i have a critical problem , i launch a navyfield or changing the resolution to 800x600 to test and the image is in center of the screen and a black border. , i investigate and all page say aspect ratio or scaling option fix this problem. the problem is i no have scaling option i donot why

i search for aspect ratios option in nvidia page i see a part in control panel have options for ratios , y check in my control panel and no have the same option , i no find anything
