Problem with Asrock Extreme 3

Hello,
I recently bought a new HDD and installed in my system, but after the installateion my PC doesn't even output video anymore, i immidiatly uninstalled the HHD and cleared the CMOS, but nothing helped. Any suggestions?

My System:
Motherboard: Asrock Extreme3 990fx
Graphicscard: MSI GTX 770
CPU: AMD FX-8350
PSU: Corsair RM750
RAM: 8GB G.SKill Ripjaws
