[SOLVED] Problem with Asus TUF x570-plus

My PC worked fine for about 10 months until it stoped working. Turns out it was that 2 slots of RAM (B1 and B2) weren't working, but A1 and A2 worked just fine (I was using the recommended A2 and B2 before the problem). I used it for a while but then another problem happened, the PC rebooted on its on and would not work anymore. After trying a bunch of different stuff and a clean install of Windows, it seems that the problem happens only when I try to update the video driver. It is not a problem with my sticks of RAM or my GPU, both worked on another PC. I asked for an exchange and they confirmed the problem with the one that I sent. The sent another one but it has the exact same problem (I suspect that it is not a brand new card). Has anyone seem anything like this? Any idea of what may be happening?

Ryzen 5600x
Asus TUF Gaming X570-Plus
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 3600 MHz
Asus KO, Geforce RTX 3070 OC
SSD Adata XPG Spectrix S40G 512GB
Corsair RM 750x
I tried Windows 10 and 11
Lian Li, Lancool II Mesh RGB

Solution
Yes, I tried that. Managed to update the bios to the latest, but the same problem happens.
When there is a stick on the B slots it gets stuck during the motherboard check of the RAM, the light stays on and nothing happens. With a stick on either of the A slots it does not get stuck. But even using only one of the A slots, the same problem happens when I try to update the video driver.
seems like a problem with either the cpu or the mobo itself.. you could try another cpu on your mobo, and your cpu on another mobo, to check which causes which, a friend that got am4 cpu could help you with this.
