The file was infected by a virus and AVG put it in the virus vault my
little brother took it upon himself to delete every file in the vault
and when he saw that the file had been deleted he uninstalled the
driver and installed a Geforce FX 5200. Now my system is acting all
funny I don't know how I'm going to fix this i tryed reinstalling the
driver but it says I need a disk which I don't have. If somone can hit
me back with a site I could download the software off of I'd be
grateful. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Asus seems to have download links for each of their boards. There are 4 in
the 9520 category. No idea which one you have. Perhaps you can pick it out
from this page:
http://www.asus.com.tw/products/vga/vgaindex.htm

9520's are towards the bottom of the left hand column.
