Problem with booting.

I have just bought a new computer from cyberpower and I am not sure why this is happening. When I turn it on the video cards fan is spinning and it beeps one short time and nothing shows up on my monitor and the same thing happens with one stick of ram, but when I unplug my video card it recognizes my mouse and keyboard but I can't see anything obviously because video card is unplugged and I do not believe it is my psu being that it a 1000 watt psu off one video card.

The single short beep on that motherboard means it has passed it's Power On Self Test (POST). I'm going to venture that you try a different video cable here. Also, your motherboard has built in video (with the 3770) that you can try with the same cable. If the cable works, you should get something out of the built in (motherboard) ports even without the graphics card inserted.
Give that a shot, see where you get.

I took out the video card and plugged my monitor into my 3770 and it booted up fine so I gave cyberpower a call and they have to send me a new video card, such a bother though
