When i start Borderlands 3, i get an error saying that i require a feature level of 10_0 to run the engine. I entered DXdiag and searched for it but the feature levels section is missing in my drivers tab. I tried to find a solution online but all i found was something about reinstalling my drivers. So i did. Nothing happened. My PC is win 7 ultimate. There's a screenshot attached to show the message.

Assuming you have hardware capable of using DirectX 11 feature level 10, it's most likely that you either need the latest game patch, GPU driver, or Dx updates. If on an Nvidia GPU, that would be driver 441.12, which just released.

Also, I would check for a redist folder in the game directory to make sure you try installing any available Dx files it may have. When I look at my Dx Info in DxDiag for W10, it doesn't just show feature 12, it shows all the previous ones as well, including 10. So it's very likely your Dx hasn't been updated for a while.

If you can't find any Dx files in the game directory, use this:

Thanks for the answer, but i wouldn't be posting threads if i hadn't checked my DX installations and VS installations already. I even reinstalled my GPU drivers. Also, this is an AMD Card. And that page you relayed to me is the one i downloaded DX updates from. The issue is weird because for example, Witcher 3 is working perfectly on Ultra, also Doom and other newer games.
