Problem with BTC GPU

Yup, second topic today...

Bought Sapphire Radeon Rx470 4gb BTC Edition (for gaming purposes). There's one HDMI output, once connected there's no signal to monitor. Seller said there's workarounds getting it to work. Cannot seem to find it. Any thoughts?

Did he say what the work around was? I've heard of mining only GPUs, but I thought they were "headless". Meaning no outputs on them at all. If yours has an HDMI port it should work on a basic TV/monitor. Only thing I can think of is you have some fancy TV/monitor that needs ver2.0 or something odd to work?

After removing front plate, there's one HDMI connector. I'm using with simple FullHD LG monitor.

Yeah, that's a headless model I was talking about. I'm guessing the "work around" is flashing a new bios onto it. Not anything I'd try though.
