Problem with cdrom

Hello,
mi cdrom, and zip are excluded from the boot and i want to instill a new windows

Go into BIOS Setup and set the CD/DVD drive as the first boot device.
Start your PC and on the manufacturer's splash-screen be ready to press the key required to enter setup.
It will tell you which key to press on the splash-screen.
