problem with conncecting my samsung galaxy to wifi

i use samsung and i have been having problems signing to our school secured wifi. it keeps a long time or after regualr unsuccessful attempts before i can sign in. even after that a lot of times it disconnects and i have to reconnect and it is not stable too. is something wrong with my phone.

every time i try so connect my galaxy to a secured wifi after constant logins it still give me same message that connection problem. and other times when i have successfully logged in it goes off immediately after. what do i do? when i try to connect it keeps on giving me the options to log in again. it attempts to load the IP address but goes off immediately
